If a product supplied by AnySystem fails within 12 months of purchase, we will:
Provide limited telephone assistance with fault diagnosis during AnySystem standard business hours.
Supply a replacement part or repair complete system once the faulty part or system has been received at AnySystem.
If an item or system is proven to be NOT faulty, and the fault is caused by incorrect installation or set-up, the customer will be invoiced at the current hourly rate for telephone support.
Inbound freight is to the customer account. Outbound freight is to the AnySystem account.
