1) No purchase necessary. Contest is open to all US and Canadian residents; contestants must be over the age of 18. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. Participants must provide valid e-mail address.
2) Game end date: 10/31/2007.
3) Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible mail-in and Internet entries received. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.
4) Prizes: Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor's discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners will be notified by mail and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within 14 days of notification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of prize. If prize notification letter or any prize is returned undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
5) Eligibility: Legal US and Canadian residents age should be 18 and older at time of entry may participate. Void where prohibited by law.
6) Conditions: Limit one prize per family/household. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, address (city and state), likeness and any statements made by the winner regarding the promotion for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or consideration except where prohibited by law. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
